We are so confident in our products that we are willing to offer you a lifetime guarantee against rust. Please note that the guarantee is invalid if the product was not used according to its original purpose. Also, wear and tear is not built into the guarantee as well as misuse, accidents and damage in transportation. Here is what we do guarantee:
- Cushions - we offer up to 2 year manufacturer guarantee against all outdoor fabrics defects. We guarantee that the fabrics will not become unserviceable due to fading or loss of strength, provided that you retain the sales invoice when purchased. All stitching is guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period equal to the fabric guarantee.
- Aluminium Frame - We guarantee the frame against rust for life. We guarantee that the powder coating will not chip, fade and crack for 3 years. The structure is guaranteed for 2 years. We guarantee our products against faulty workmanship for a period of 2 years.
- Engineered rattan - We guarantee that our product will not chip, tear or fade. This guarantee is valid for 2 years from date of purchase but does not cover misuse, willful destruction or normal wear and tear.
The guarantee we provide is a manufacturer guarantee. Should you have a problem with our furniture we reserve the right to determine the cause of the fault and to either repair it or replace it at our discretion. You will be required to bring in the unit to our showroom with an original receipt of purchase.
